OPEN POSITIONS
Assistants: Lumie Salon Protégés are fully licensed cosmetologists who assist Lumie artists, observe the salon flow, and receive a mix of hands-on and theory instruction from the salon owner and Lumie coaches. Advanced education is continually evolving as we update and expand our certifications to bring nothing but the very best to our guests.
This comprehensive, twelve-month program will help you develop incredible technical, business, and social media skills, a strong customer service vision, and excellent product recommendation abilities. Our goal is to make sure that you are prepared for your chosen career path and that you excel at it.
At the end of the program, you will become a Lumie Artist, knowing you are part of a family that will continue to support you always no matter where life takes you.
Guest Experience Coordinator: If you have experience in high-end hospitality, salon, spa, or other guest service industry within a busy environment, you may be a good fit for Lumie Salon.Hourly wage plus benefits like product and service discounts, opportunity to grow, and flexible schedule. You must have some sales experience.
Hairstylist/Colorist: We are looking for experienced Hair Artists with 3+ years of experience who are excited about learning and teaching. Come join a team of professionals that will celebrate your growth and applaud when you exceed the goals you set for yourself. We are in this together. (Current New Jersey Cosmetology license required.)
